The Place where Information is Evaluated based on Affective Experience and/or Knowledge.
 

The Will.
The Place where Action is Initiated (intended or planned) if no Intellectual or Emotional Dissonance has Occurred.
 

Dissonance is what is commonly called Conscience.

If the information/stimuli is received, evaluated and acted upon without dissonance, the ensuing action will produce a satisfying experience.
